teaching

talking to a friend tonight about her experiences as an elementary school teacher made me start to think about teaching. I wouldn't want to teach in the traditional public school setting--more like a Waldorf/Sidwell Friends/experiential/outdoor education/creative dramatics-style setting. Just thinking about the possibilities of teaching if you were creating things to do that inspired the students to want to learn and explore and grow as people is really exciting.
